By creating an account on VaultLedger, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not register.
VaultLedger provides inventory and receipt management tools for businesses. You agree to use the service only for lawful business purposes.
To preserve absolute corporate confidentiality, all financial data, revenue analytics, sales transactions, and client registries are completely hidden from the Platform Creator / Super Admin by default. This data can only be accessed by the creator if the Business Admin explicitly enables "Grant Maintenance Access" in their Settings → Privacy panel. This permission can be revoked at any time and takes effect immediately.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
We collect business information, sales data, and usage data to provide and improve our services. Your data is stored securely and never sold to third parties.
By registering, you consent to receive security alerts (login notifications, verification codes) and platform update emails at your registered address.
For your protection, sessions automatically expire after 30 minutes of inactivity. You will be required to sign in again.
VaultLedger is not liable for data loss or business interruption. We recommend regular backups of important records.
We may update these terms and will notify users via the "What's New" section of the platform.
